About Clarity&
We started Clarity& because we couldn’t find what we needed.
After experiencing burnout first-hand — both personally and professionally — we realised that most wellbeing support is too late, too light-touch, or too generic to make a lasting difference. Clarity& Wellbeing was born from the desire to change that. We bring together deep experience in mental health, NHS clinical practice, and the aviation industry to offer something different: real, evidence-based support designed to create lasting culture change - not just temporary relief.
Our mission
To help people in high-pressure aviation environments live and work in ways that are healthier, more sustainable, and more fulfilling - by equipping leaders and teams with the mindset, methods, and motivation to thrive.
Our vision
We imagine a world where wellbeing is no longer seen as a side initiative - but a strategic, cultural foundation for performance. Our goal is to build a community of aviation leaders who role-model what healthy, high-performing workplaces can be.
What makes us different
Sector-specific: We know aviation inside out - and bring relevant, relatable support grounded in your reality.
Prevention-first: We focus on long-term cultural change, not crisis response or one-off fixes.
Tailored strategy: Our Calibration process pinpoints real issues using both data and cultural understanding - shaping solutions that truly fit.
Credible and experienced: With NHS, private sector and aviation backgrounds, we bring insight into what works - and what doesn’t.
Real-world impact: Our sessions are practical, measurable, and designed to create traction quickly.
We’re a consultancy, not a training provider - offering bespoke, strategic wellbeing support designed specifically for aviation.
Our values
Clarity - in thought, action, and intention.
Curiosity - about people, culture, and what really drives change.
Courage - to challenge unhelpful norms and have honest conversations.
Community - because lasting wellbeing is built together, not in isolation.
Care - for individuals, teams, and long-term impact.
