The programme

Our Clarity& Core Programme runs over a 12-week engagement period given psychological research suggests it takes between 2-3 months to achieve long-lasting sustainable behaviour change.

Flexibility for our clients has been built into our programme offering the ability to schedule integration weeks allowing for staff absence, to support business needs or to allow content catch-up or a course refresher.

Alternatively, some corporations opt to use integration weeks to tailor the Clarity& Core program towards specific employees’ needs identified through staff surveys.

Our additional Clarity& Core Companions dovetail with the 12-week Core programme allowing additional re-education in the areas such as menopause, diversity, mindset, energy efficiency or chronic pain.
